Training Designer for Transat Airline

Your mission includes building engaging learning modules that align with industry standards. Collaborate closely with subject-matter experts to produce high-quality training content and maintain existing resources that meet set objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and structure training content effectively
• Develop both online and in-class training strategies
• Deliver innovative ideas to enhance learning experiences
• Draft comprehensive teaching scenarios and assessments
• Upload and update materials on the LMS platform

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Articulate 360, and Adobe tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Bilingual writing skills in French and English
• Curiosity in analyzing learning needs
