Are you a bilingual Registered Nurse with a passion for critical care and life-saving interventions?

Russell Tobin Canada is currently working with a top-tier acute care facility in New Brunswick , seeking experienced nurses to join their Intensive Care Unit on a permanent, full-time basis .

About the Role

As an ICU RN, you’ll care for patients facing life-threatening conditions, including multi-organ failure, post-surgical recovery, and severe infections. You’ll work alongside intensivists and specialized teams to deliver advanced, evidence-based care with empathy and precision.

What You Need to Apply

• Registered and in good standing with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB)
• Bilingual in English and French – strong communication in both is essential
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience (within the last 5 years), preferably in ICU or critical care
• Completed coursework in Cardiac Arrhythmia and Mechanical Ventilation
• Certification in:
• Critical Care Nursing
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor and manage patients with complex, unstable conditions
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists
• Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Contribute to continuous improvements in patient safety and care quality
