IT Capacity Management Specialist

Become a vital part of CMHC as an IT Financial Specialist focused on capacity management and budgeting. This permanent hybrid role supports analysis of resource utilization and financial performance. In this role with the IT Performance and Partnership team, you will conduct critical assessments of IT workforce and financial resources. Your contributions will ensure that CMHC effectively executes its IT strategy and meets organizational needs. Strong bilingual capabilities are essential for effective stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess supply versus demand for IT workforce capacity
• Plan, monitor, and analyze IT financial resources
• Oversee and report on budgets for IT operations
• Support the development of capital budgets across IT functions
• Identify key cost drivers and trends in IT spending

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• 5 years of budget management or analytical experience
• Familiarity with organizational development tools
• Advanced data analysis skills in Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French
