Product & Process Development Engineer

Enhance food manufacturing processes as a Product & Process Development Engineer at Sofina. Utilize your engineering expertise to lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple plants. This role reports to the Manager of Product & Process Development and requires a University engineering graduate with 2-3 years in production or process improvement. You will focus on driving TPM, Lean, and OEE methodologies while building capabilities among plant personnel. Engage closely with various departments to ensure production requirements are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement and process reliability initiatives
• Lead projects to optimize production processes and standards
• Collaborate with engineers for effective production solutions
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations
• Implement training programs for equipment operators

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years relevant food production experience
• Strong interest in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential
