Manager of Construction and Inspections at telMAX

Drive construction excellence at telMAX in York Region as the Manager of Construction and Inspections. Oversee all phases of FTTH projects, managing teams and compliance. This key role reports to the VP of Construction and Design, where you will manage outside plant construction for FTTH projects. Collaborating closely with various project teams, you will ensure all work adheres to safety, quality, and performance benchmarks. Your dynamic involvement will facilitate timely project delivery and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction project deliverables and timelines
• Liaison with stakeholders for effective project execution
• Prepare and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Conduct inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
• Track performance and document changes throughout projects

• 3-5 years in construction management, telecom experience desirable
• Strong knowledge of FTTH construction processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management tools
• Valid driver's license required
