Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the borrower lifecycle and maximize Lifetime Value
• Analyze data to pinpoint product and growth opportunities
• Spearhead cross-sell initiatives to enrich consumer offerings
• Collaborate with various teams to deploy scalable solutions
• Continuously assess and enhance program performance
Requirements:
• 7+ years in business analysis or FinTech strategy
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to navigate complex data landscapes effectively
• Skilled in leveraging tools like SQL and Tableau for decision-making Lead transformative strategies while enhancing Financeit's impact in the consumer lending landscape.
