Director, Franchise Marketing Analytics Reporting To: Senior Director, Franchise Marketing Analytics & Enablement Studio / Department: The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on excellence in business operations, fan intelligence, and technology solutions. We connect teams with the data, insights, and tools needed to accelerate outcomes. You will lead marketing analytics strategy for EA Entertainment, guiding investment decisions across global franchises. You will shape how data informs growth, engagement, and retention by delivering clear insights to senior leaders and building scalable measurement frameworks. Lead marketing analytics strategy across multiple EA Entertainment franchises (e.g. 10+ years experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related field Proficiency influencing VP‑level stakeholders with data‑driven recommendations Proficiency applying marketing measurement methods (MMM, incrementality, LTV) Proficiency in SQL and Python or R Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience Proficiency connecting data insights to business and marketing outcomes Experience building scalable measurement and experimentation frameworks Victoria) $160,700
