BDN Construction Site Superintendent

Take charge of retail and restaurant construction projects across Canada with BDN Construction. As a Travelling Site Superintendent, you will lead projects from start to finish. BDN Construction is searching for a Travelling Site Superintendent to manage retail and restaurant projects throughout Canada, from Ontario to British Columbia. With over five years in a supervisory role, you will efficiently coordinate subcontractors while ensuring site safety and operation. This role demands a hands-on approach and the ability to independently solve problems as the primary contact for clients and contractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead retail and restaurant projects across Canada
• Manage all site subcontractor-related tasks
• Plan, sequence work, and handle site deliveries
• Report project updates via Procore and daily logs
• Enforce safety measures in compliance with local laws

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supervising construction projects
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
• Capability to read construction drawings
• Valid WHMIS and safety certifications
• Clean driver's license required for travel
