Your role includes physical tasks, which require fitness and resilience to meet job demands, including possible 12-hour shifts across various sites and weather conditions. You'll perform inspections and maintain documentation on operations while actively promoting safety habits. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safe and effective locomotive operations daily
• Apply switching procedures and manage air hoses
• Perform vehicle inspections and report issues
• Maintain thorough logs and documentation processes
• Foster excellent customer service experiences

• GED or Grade 12 education
• Relevant experience in industrial operations preferred
• Class 5 driver’s license beneficial
• Complies with drug screening and background checks
• Capable of utilizing technology for daily tasks
