Route Trainee: Path to Route Service Rep

UniFirst is seeking a Route Trainee to begin a rewarding career in service and customer care. You’ll train through our Service Certificate Program while supporting daily operations and preparing to transition into a Route Service Representative role.

You’ll assist with deliveries, route coverage, and learn across multiple customer accounts on a company walk-in truck, upholding safety, reliability, and service excellence on every stop.
