We\'re a bootstrapped healthcare SaaS startup building a web platform from the ground up. As our first UI developer, you\'ll have the opportunity to establish the foundation of our user interface and shape how healthcare professionals interact with our product. Shift Details:

Location:
Kitchener (On site position). You\'ll own the entire front-end development process, translating product requirements into a functional, intuitive web interface. This is a ground-floor opportunity where your decisions will directly impact our platform\'s success and user experience. Build our web-based user interface from scratch, making foundational technology and architecture decisions Establish front-end development standards, coding practices, and documentation as we grow Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility Integrate front-end components with backend APIs Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar) UI/UX design skills or experience Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming Experience with version control (Git) AWS experience, particularly with CloudFront and S3 buckets Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment This position is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys ownership, and wants to build something meaningful in healthcare.
