• Ensure compliance to safety management systems
• Conduct lockout/tagout reviews and field observations
• Mentor staff on job hazard analyses and safe work practices
• Participate in safety reporting and near-miss investigations
• Track corrective actions for timely closure

• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• 3-5 years in safety supervisory roles required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Must work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
