In this pivotal position, you will partner with manufacturing leaders to drive financial performance and deliver actionable insights. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while overseeing the financial close process. This role requires strong financial modeling skills and the capability to influence operational decisions through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with plant leadership on operational decision impacts
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams
- Prepare and review financial statements on a regular basis
- Oversee the monthly financial close for the plant
- Review operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years finance experience in manufacturing
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities
- Bilingual in French and English
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
