Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Blue Origin

In the Lunar Permanence business unit, you will contribute to developing avionics for Blue Origin's groundbreaking Blue Moon landers. As part of our Core Avionics team, your role requires collaborating with hardware engineers to design and verify mission-critical software. You'll leverage your experience with FPGAs, microcontrollers, and hardware debugging to enhance our spaceflight systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Board Support Package software for new hardware
• Engage in bare-metal and OS-level programming
• Conduct hands-on debugging with avionics hardware
• Participate in design concepts and review processes
• Perform benchmark analysis to assess hardware performance

Requirements:

• BS in relevant engineering discipline
• Over 6 years of embedded software experience
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and Linux scripting
• Strong debugging skills with various tools
• Solid understanding of computer architecture
