Construction Equipment Float Driver

Transport heavy construction equipment as an Equipment Float Driver with an AZ license. Operate a Mack tractor to ensure timely and safe delivery of machinery across job sites. In this role, you will manage the loading and unloading of various heavy equipment, ensuring all operations comply with strict MTO regulations. Daily inspections and preventative checks will be part of your responsibilities to maintain high safety standards. You are expected to keep the float deck tidy and organized during operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Mack tractor equipped with 18-speed transmission
• Safely load/unload excavators, dozers, and more
• Properly secure machinery per MTO requirements
• Complete daily vehicle inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the float deck

Requirements:

• AZ license required for employment
• Experience driving and loading heavy construction equipment
• Skills in proper equipment chaining
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety
• Knowledge of Ontario truck routes
