Become a key advocate for safety at AIM Recycling as an Occupational Health and Safety Advisor in Montreal. Foster a proactive safety culture while mitigating workplace hazards effectively. In this critical position, you will oversee health and safety strategies for AIM Recycling’s industrial site. You'll engage with managers, implement robust safety procedures, and conduct workplace inspections to ensure compliance. Your ability to conduct accident investigations will strengthen the overall workplace safety framework. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coach managers in safety leadership
• Monitor health and safety programs for effectiveness
• Conduct thorough inspections and promote safety practices
• Lead investigations and collaborate with authorities

Requirements:

• College diploma or university certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• MS Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s license for site travel
