- Spearhead annual and quarterly financial planning
- Maintain integrated operating models for forecasts
- Consult with executives on financial resource allocations
- Lead board materials and KPI definitions
- Establish frameworks for token compensation and capital strategy
- 4-8+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience
- Background in a high-growth tech or crypto setting
- Best-in-class financial modeling abilities
- Proficiency in ERP and BI tools
- Strong interest in blockchain technology
