• Create innovative manufacturing solutions meeting customer demands
• Analyze cycle times for new processes
• Document process flows for team guidance
• Collaborate on process verification with engineering teams
• Review project proposals and customer presentations

• 3+ years of experience in automation system design
• Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering field
• Proficient in CAD software including Inventor, Solidworks
• Strong focus on safety and collaboration skills
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
