We are looking for a responsible and fun Doorman to join our team As a Doorman, you will be the first person that people see when they walk through our doors, so you might as well call yourself the “face” of the brand In this role, you will be responsible for providing our guests and team members with a safe and friendly environment and making them feel welcome
Responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation, Integrity and professionalism
What do you need?
- A passion for people and love for the industry
- The willingness to learn and expand your knowledge
- Dedication to learning a large database of many Brewhouse procedures - including food, drinks, policies, training programs, values, processes, the list goes on
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Ambition and drive to create the best experience for your team and guests
- A drive to find solutions rather than point out problems
- Minimum of oneyearof experience
