Join CNIB as a Senior Manager for Financial Analysis in Toronto, focusing on strategic forecasting and budgeting to enhance organizational decision-making. Play a critical role in financial leadership and reporting. This senior role directly supports the Senior Director, Finance Controller and leads the organization’s budgeting and financial analysis efforts. You will implement the new OneStream platform, conduct performance analyses, and ensure high-quality reporting standards. Your leadership will cultivate a high-performing FP&A team, while you work closely with senior stakeholders to align financial insights with business objectives.

Requirements:
• Five years of progressive finance experience
