Machine Vision Instructional Developer Role

Elevate LMI Technologies' training programs as a Technical Instructional Developer focused on machine vision expertise. Create innovative content and enhance training methods while working in a collaborative environment. This role requires leveraging machine vision experience to design comprehensive training materials. You'll engage globally with Subject Matter Experts to develop courses, including instructor-led sessions and eLearning. Collaborate closely with the Training Program Manager and your team to ensure clear communication and impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical training courses and curricula
• Conduct training needs analysis and design learning paths
• Interview Subject Matter Experts for content creation
• Recommend evolving training methods and best practices
• Gather and analyze feedback on training effectiveness

• Experience in the Machine Vision or factory production industry
• Proven skills in instructional design and course creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Google Suite and Jira
