ALDO Group Associate Product Developer Role

Become an Associate Product Developer at ALDO Group and thrive in a role focused on footwear innovation. Support teams in crafting exceptional products from concept to sample. In this key position, you'll engage with suppliers and retail partners within ALDO Product Services, ensuring the smooth flow of product development. Your role includes maintaining the PLM system and contributing to creative aspects of product design, backed by your attention to fashion trends. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication for sourcing and sample delivery
• Ensure accurate product data in the PLM system
• Assist with style/colorway specifications with designers
• Contribute to concept creation via Photoshop/Illustrator
• Prepare detailed sales presentations and sales analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Keen fashion awareness and detail orientation
• Required PLM experience
• Team-oriented and organized, on-site 3–5 days/week
