Job Zone d’emploi has been providing comprehensive employment services in our community since 1985. As a non-profit organization, we help people prepare for, find and maintain employment, while supporting local employers with their workforce needs.
Position Summary
As our Bilingual Administrative Support Assistant, you'll help keep things moving behind the scenes and on the front line. You'll support our employment services team with client follow-up, scheduling, data entry and administrative tasks, while also helping clients access services and providing backup support at reception.
This is a permanent, full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What you'll do
- Follow up with clients and help coordinate appointments
- Enter and maintain accurate information in client databases
- Provide administrative support to Case Managers, Retention Specialists, and the Data and Administration team
- Assist clients with basic job search activities and employment resources
- Maintain organized records, documentation and tracking information
- Provide backup reception coverage and help create a welcoming experience for clients
- Support with other administrative and team projects as needed
What you'll bring
- Fluency in both French and English, oral and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn specialized systems and applications
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Reliability, punctuality and regular, consistent attendance
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- A minimum high school diploma, plus either post-secondary studies in Office Administration or at least two years of experience in an office setting

Sommaire du poste
En tant qu’adjoint·e bilingue au soutien administratif, vous contribuerez au bon fonctionnement de nos services, tant par votre soutien administratif que par vos interactions avec les clients.
Vous appuierez notre équipe des services d’emploi en effectuant des suivis auprès des clients, en planifiant des rendez‑vous, en faisant de la saisie de données et en accomplissant diverses tâches administratives. Vous aiderez également les clients à accéder à nos services et offrirez un soutien à la réception au besoin.
Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein, à raison de 35 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi.
Ce que vous ferez
- Effectuer des suivis auprès des clients et aider à coordonner les rendez‑vous
- Saisir et tenir à jour avec exactitude les renseignements dans les bases de données des clients
- Fournir un soutien administratif aux gestionnaires de cas, aux spécialistes en maintien en emploi ainsi qu’à l’équipe des données et de l’administration
- Aider les clients dans leurs activités de recherche d’emploi de base et dans l’utilisation des ressources d’emploi
