Clinical Supervisor for Nursing Students

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will facilitate effective learning outcomes and holistic student assessment in collaboration with healthcare staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance students' clinical learning
• Select suitable clients for hands-on education
• Maintain open communication with healthcare teams
• Supervise and document student clinical performance
• Prepare for emergency intervention when needed

Requirements:

• Completed four-year Nursing degree or two-year diploma, RN
• Two years of acute care nursing experience required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification valid
• Valid Ontario driver’s license for travel requirements
• Proven organizational and communication abilities
