Morning Swim Instructor at Goldfish

Join Goldfish Swim School as a Morning Swim Instructor in Grand Rapids and share your passion for water safety and swimming. Teach students using proven techniques while ensuring a safe environment. This part time role focuses on instructing children in swimming while implementing Goldfish Swim School's curriculum. You will inspect pool areas, enforce safety protocols, and evaluate student progress diligently. Your contributions will ensure that students have a golden experience in learning aquatic skills while promoting safety.

Key Responsibilities
• Use Goldfish curriculum to teach swim techniques
• Maintain safety and clean pool areas before and after classes
• Evaluate and document student progress effectively
• Act responsibly in emergencies, providing first aid if needed
• Serve as a GSS ambassador for an engaging experience

Requirements:
• Competency in teaching and working with kids
• Previous experience in leadership roles is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Must pass a background check prior to training
