Hourly pay for this position is to start at CAD 30.00 /hr, plus overtime after 44 hours Annual AIM tuition scholarship program up to $8,500 per eligible dependents Full time permanent position, vacation, benefits and a RRSP matching program We're looking for a Crane Operator to join our yard at our Sudbury South location. The Candidate would be operating an LH50 Material Handler and/or Shear attachment. Safely operating a crane to lift, move, and position metal materials within the facility Lifting and transporting metal materials using attachments such as magnets or grapples, and safely place them in designated areas or processing equipment Loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and load security Conducting pre and post inspections of the crane, including overall crane maintenance You may be asked to operator the following heavy equipment: Crane, Shear, Loader Crane Operator certification and/or experience is required Minimum of 1 years of experience operating a crane in a heavy industrial setting Attention to detail and the ability to accurately position and handle different types of metal materials Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation and material handling Familiarity with various crane attachments, such as magnets or grapples #
