The role blends hands‑on engineering excellence with strategic leadership to help clients adopt cutting‑edge technology. AI‑Powered Application Lead with deep experience delivering large‑scale, custom web applications. Highly proficient in spec‑driven development, guiding teams to use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and engineering rigor.
