Make a difference for animals at BC SPCA as a Development Coordinator focused on Will and Estate Gifts. This full-time role combines fundraising with compassionate animal care support. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will be responsible for administrating the Home Beyond Ours program. This includes managing donor relationships, member engagement, and compliance with ethical standards. Leverage your problem-solving skills and organizational expertise to enhance animal intake processes and donor stewardship. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ongoing member enrollment and program development
• Communicate with donors and professional advisors
• Maintain accurate estate files and assist with documentation
• Collaborate with the team to support audit and compliance
• Track statistics and manage records in various systems

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in fundraising
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient with fundraising CRM and Microsoft Office
• Alignment with BC SPCA’s vision and mission
