Restoration Project Manager at First Onsite

Become a vital part of First Onsite as a Restoration Project Manager. Lead projects from estimation to completion while ensuring quality and safety standards. This position is instrumental in overseeing all aspects of restoration and rebuild projects. You will scope losses accurately, prepare estimates, manage multiple projects, and liaise closely with clients and adjusters. Your role will also involve mentoring junior project managers to ensure they develop the right skills and knowledge for consistent project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead restoration projects attentively from beginning to end
• Develop and manage project estimates and budgets
• Supervise safety and quality assurance measures

• Mentor and support junior project managers

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of project management experience in relevant fields
• Familiarity with restoration practices, safety regulations, and building codes
• Microsoft Office and Xactimate proficiency required
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
