You'll collaborate closely with business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities while making meaningful contributions to firm-wide strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate M&A opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence
- Build and manage a coverage list of asset management firms
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Prepare financial analyses and executive-level presentations
- Conduct due diligence processes with internal and external teams
- 7 to 10 years in corporate finance or related fields
- Experience in wealth or asset management preferred
- CPA, MBA, or CFA designation preferred
- Proficiency in financial modeling with Excel
- Excellent communication skills for senior-level audiences
