As a senior Network Administrator at our non-profit organization, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our network infrastructure, primarily consisting of network switches, routers, and firewalls. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our network operations, supporting our mission-critical activities and organizational goals.

Essential Job Functions

  • Designs and deploys Cisco-based and other network solutions to meet organizational requirements.
  • Configure and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Implements network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and attacks.
  • Conducts regular security audits and ensures compliance with organizational policies and
  • Monitors network performance and identifies opportunities to optimize network infrastructure
  • Responsible for troubleshooting network issues and outages to ensure swift resolution and

Qualifications Summary

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or minimum 5+ years equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in network administration, preferably in environments utilizing Cisco networking equipment.
