We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at DSMA. This role is ideal for a data-curious marketer, with a strong interest in digital marketing, analytics, and performance tracking.
The position will support the marketing and sales teams by tracking campaign performance, maintaining reporting, and assisting in digital execution, with a focus on ensuring all marketing activities are measured, organized, and optimized over time.
This role follows a 60/40 split, with a stronger emphasis on analytics, reporting, and digital performance (60%), balanced with content coordination and campaign execution (40%).

Reports To: Vice President of Marketing
Role Type: full-time, hybrid
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking (60%)
Support the tracking of marketing performance across digital channels, including website, social media, email, and campaigns.
Pull and organize data from tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Help monitor campaign performance and flag trends or changes in results.
Assist with SEO tracking, including keyword performance and website traffic.
Work with the marketing team to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
Coordinate the execution of digital campaigns across website, email, and social platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with DSMA’s brand and marketing calendar.
Support updates to the company website, ensuring content is current and accurate.
Assist in developing marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, newsletters, and presentations.
Support basic video content coordination and editing for digital use.
Help manage and maintain the content calendar.
Monitor social media channels (primarily LinkedIn) and support engagement where appropriate.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
~1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
~ Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, social media platforms, and campaign tracking.
~ Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
~ Strong comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting.
~ Experience with content creation and social media is an asset.
~ Experience creating, filming, and editing content for social platforms.
~ Knowledge of email marketing tools, such as MailChimp or Constant Contact would be beneficial but not essential.
