• Oversee EHS compliance and risk assessment processes
• Conduct audits and manage environmental reporting
• Influence and engage stakeholders on EHS priorities
• Implement behavior-based safety programs
• Design effective EHS training for team members
Requirements:
• Diploma in Occupational Safety or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in EHS within manufacturing
• Team management capability for 3-5 years
• Strong knowledge of ISO safety standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Lead and innovate EHS processes while enhancing safety culture with Silent-Aire at Johnson Controls.
