Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Expert

The Safety Codes Council is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Specialist to work in a hybrid model from Edmonton, AB. This position emphasizes collaboration and innovation through Microsoft technologies. As a full-time, 12-month term specialist, you will take charge of managing Microsoft 365 ecosystems and delivering tailored solutions using Power Platform. You'll collaborate closely with teams to tackle operational challenges, improve employee workflows, and ensure technology is utilized effectively and responsibly. Your role will integrate both technical and user-centered design principles to maximize impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and evolve Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
• Design, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions
• Assess user feedback and optimize experiences
• Provide engaging training and workshops for technology adoption
• Implement organizational technology governance standards

Requirements:

• Three or more years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and platform
• Background in Computer Science or related fields
• Effective problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with digital governance practices
