Equinox Gold is looking for a Senior Electrical Supervisor to shape the Electrical Maintenance department's success. Your leadership will enhance operational processes and foster a culture centered on safety and compliance. This role includes overseeing a skilled team while managing daily operations and compliance with relevant electrical codes.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in the Electrical Department
• Supervise electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Collaborate with the Electrical Superintendent on project support
• Conduct team meetings to provide performance feedback
• Complete detailed reports for cross-shift communications
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• 5 years of electrical maintenance experience, preferably in mining
• Certification as a Construction and Maintenance Electrician
• Leadership experience of 2-5 years
• Understanding of electrical transmission systems and safety codes Lead by example and contribute to Equinox Gold's outstanding mining operations through strong leadership in electrical maintenance.
