Embroidery Machine Operator

Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to become a valued member of the team. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with embroidery machines, a strong sense of creativity, and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring consistently high standards of quality in every design.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop embroidery designs based on client or production requirements
• Operate and manage Barudan 6‑Head Embroidery Machines efficiently
• Set up machines, including thread selection, hooping, and design placement
• Monitor production to ensure quality and consistency of embroidery work
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting when required
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Designer or similar role
• Hands‑on experience with Barudan 6‑Head Embroidery Machines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in design
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Good organizational and time‑management skills
