Job Description

RESPONSIBILTIES

As a Senior Gameplay Animator, you will be responsible for bringing gameplay characters to life. You have a passion for NPC and player gameplay systems and a keen eye for animation detail and quality. You have a deep understanding of body mechanics and master core animation principles like weight, posing, arcs, anticipation, and follow-through.

In the role of Senior Gameplay Animator, you will be creating high-quality character animations for navigation, interactions, conversations, and other gameplay systems.

• Collaborate closely with a team of skilled animators, designers, and gameplay programmers.
• Ensure animation work meets artistic goals and quality standards while respecting project deadlines.
• Participate in animation reviews and collaborate with other team members to maintain consistency and quality.
• Exporting, implementing and testing animations into the game engine.
• Troubleshoot animation gameplay issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth animation production.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior animators, helping to mentor their development and maintain consistent quality across the board.
