Join the City of Campbell River as a Client Support Analyst. This full-time role offers up to CAD 37.76 per hour, ensuring reliable IT services to city staff and the RCMP. The Client Support Analyst plays a vital role within Campbell River's Information Technology Team. You will provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with technology projects. Supporting applications like Microsoft Windows and Office, your goal is to maximize the effective use of IT resources across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

¢ Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Client Support â€
¢ Two-year diploma in computer sciences or IT â€
¢ CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent â€
¢ Valid Driver’s Licence with a clean abstract â€
