In this Senior Software Engineer role, part of the Field Delivery team, you will leverage your expertise in building scalable applications. With at least 5 years of experience, you'll work on a React web frontend, mobile apps, and a robust Python/Django backend. Your contributions will directly impact construction workers in the field, bridging technology and tangible results. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance features on web and mobile platforms
- Develop well-documented REST APIs for seamless integration
- Collaborate with teams to translate needs into technical specifications
- Write clean, testable code and lead code reviews
- Participate actively in on-call rotations and address production issues
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong skills in Python, React, and Django
- Experience with PostgreSQL and modern workflows
- Effective communicator focused on quality outcomes
- Familiarity with AWS and performance optimization preferred
