The position requires being a graduate of an accredited diagnostic sonography program and certification from Sonography Canada or ARDMS, along with a minimum of four years relevant experience, including a supervisory background. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and staffing for ultrasound
- Evaluate and coordinate imaging requisitions and procedures
- Oversee safety regulations' compliance and quality assurance
- Participate in coaching and staff development
- Maintain records and facilitate research initiatives
- Certification with Sonography Canada or ARDMS necessary
- Four years of recent experience in sonography roles
- At least one year of supervisory experience needed
- Effective conflict resolution and communication skills
- CPR competency and ability to fulfill physical demands
