Entry Level

Design and develop full-stack features using Python/FastAPI or Django and React/TypeScript Participate in architecture reviews and technical design decisions Develop microservices using domain-driven design and 12-factor app principles Optimize SQL/NoSQL queries, manage database migrations, and design data models Integrate third-party APIs, HL7/FHIR standards, and clinical data systems Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities and maintain requirements-to-code traceability Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards Work in Agile/Scrum sprints and contribute to planning, grooming, and retrospectives Document technical designs, API specifications, and runbooks Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field ~5–8 years of professional software development experience ~ Strong proficiency in Python 3.10+ and FastAPI or Django REST Framework ~ Solid experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS ~ Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and query optimization ~ Experience with AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipeline management ~ Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA ~ Preferred: experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare IT, or regulated software environments ~ Preferred: AWS Certified Developer or equivalent cloud certification ~ Python data science ecosystem, AI/ML, or LLM-powered enterprise features ~ Preferred: open-source contributions or published technical content Demonstrates expertise in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python, FastAPI, and React, while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices in API design and database management.
