AR/AP Specialist

Planitar in Ontario is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day billing, vendor payments and expense processing in Xero. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, numbers-driven, and eager to build a foundation in finance operations.

You will audit customer accounts, issue invoices, monitor payments, process vendor invoices (Xero/DEXT/Float), and assist with month-end reporting. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.
