• Review and analyze operational performance and benchmarking data
• Advise on new equipment and process modifications
• Ensure quality assurance and support improvement initiatives
• Manage standard operating procedures and operations manuals

• University degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in water/wastewater systems
• Strong knowledge of legislation and hydraulic systems
• Proven project management and report writing skills
