We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager for our Risk & Compliance team at Tesco Insurance. In this full-time role, you will oversee underwriting and broker relationships, support ORSA activities, and provide insights into financial, capital, and insurance risks. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, your quantitative analysis skills will be integral to influencing sound decision-making across Finance, Pricing, and Underwriting. Key Responsibilities:
- Organise workload to meet Finance and Underwriting goals
- Collaborate with Risk & Compliance and first line colleagues
- Develop Insurance & Financial risk appetite and tolerances
- Support ORSA process activities, including stress testing
- Provide oversight and challenge key risks through RCSA assessments
- Proven track record in risk management, preferably insurance
- Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and data analysis
- Knowledge of the UK insurance regulatory framework
- Competent in report writing and critical review
