Lean Supply Chain Program Manager Role

Optimize supply chain processes as a Lean Supply Chain Program Manager, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Engage teams to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness across operations. The Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Program Manager leads Lean initiatives focused on refining operational processes. You will facilitate cross-department collaboration, perform root cause analyses, and conduct Gemba walks to eliminate waste and improve efficiency in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean and continuous improvement programs in operations
• Facilitate departmental collaboration to streamline process flow
• Drive hands-on Gemba walks and kaizen events
• Manage change initiatives aligning digital transformation with ERP/MRP
• Track and report KPIs to promote operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or supply chain
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and tools
• Experience with Oracle ERP/MRP and data-driven problem-solving
• Ability to coach and influence various stakeholders
