- Implement union programs to enhance membership participation
- Interpret and explain collective agreements and policies
- Design and deliver engaging union education courses
- Inspire and organize members to achieve objectives
- Create supportive educational materials for members
- Proven background in the labour and social justice movements
- Fluent in English and French (Bilingual, B2 Level)
- Strong communication skills across various backgrounds
- Capable of problem-solving in complex scenarios
- Self-motivated and capable of good judgment
