Employment Type: Full Time
Working Hours: 9am to 4pm
Type Of Child Care: Preschool
Position Start: April 1st, 2027
Growing Space is a small, established early learning program on beautiful Bowen Island. We are deeply rooted in community and guided by respect for the child, hands‑on learning, and fostering capable, confident young learners.
Who You Are
- A certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) in BC
- Passionate about child‑led, play‑based, and hands‑on learning
- Interested in leadership and program development
- Warm, organized, and community‑minded
- Excited by the opportunity to shape and run a small school
- Montessori experience is welcome but not required.
