We are seeking askilled and experienced Off Track Betting Cashier to join our team and ensuringthat our guests have a positive experience. The candidate will have excellentcommunication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to organize andcommunicate thoughts.
• Ability to carry out responsibilitieswith limited supervision.
• Maintains and balancefloat.
• Processing horse racing bets onspecialized betting terminals.
• Provides basic technicalsupport for betting machines, machine malfunction diagnosis which mayinclude reporting any machine malfunction to service technician.
• Troubleshooting: reporting anysuspicious activity to Supervisor or Security
• Preparation and maintenance ofdecoders and televisions.
• Identifies and reportscounterfeit bills to Supervisor or Security.
• Follows all rules outlined by CanadianPari-Mutuel Agency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Providing exceptional customerservice.
• Ability to demonstrateeffective oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and handlea high-volume workload.
• Sharp mathematical skills toadd and multiply numbers quickly. numericalcombinations.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a criminalbackground check.
• Related Off-Track Betting (OTB)experience preferred.
• Basic computer skillspreferred.
