In this pivotal role, you will support a multi-year transformation strategy that focuses on enhancing workforce capabilities and optimizing enterprise technology. As a deputy to the Program Director, you will ensure effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful execution of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate execution of the change management strategy
• Create integrated change plans with clear milestones
• Manage risks and stakeholder alignment efforts
• Deliver governance materials and reports for senior leadership
• Lead workshops and sessions to enhance collaboration
Requirements:
• At least 6 years in digital transformation management
• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to clarify complex project plans
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 or AgilePM are needed Bring your expertise to Mace and facilitate meaningful transformation in the public sector.
