This full-time role supervises case management staff and ensures that all services align with HOST Program Standards. You'll facilitate housing assessments, direct resident engagement, and coordinate with community partners to foster positive family outcomes. Your leadership will play a crucial role in implementing effective strategies for shelter operations and participant support.
Ensure trauma-informed, Housing First service delivery
• Oversee housing-focused case management activities
• Monitor documentation practices for contract compliance
• Facilitate communications between residents and city partners Minimum five years in case management or human services
• Relevant experience in shelter and housing services
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Become an integral part of Bayaud Works' mission of transforming lives through effective program management. #
